Crestmoor Learning Center offers full-immersion pre-elementary school education in Spanish for students three to five years old. The students will receive Spanish-language instruction from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. five days a week, year-round, in an age-appropriate setting. English is spoken only during lunch and recess. Before and after school is provided from 6:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Tuition includes a healthy breakfast, lunch, and snack.
Children in our program will acquire bilingual skills through play and traditional subjects. Children will learn in an intimate setting with twelve students and two teachers. The curriculum focuses on elementary school preparation, reading and writing skills, math and science, as well as art, music, play, and Spanish-cultural activities. Students will exit the program well prepared for their elementary school years.
Our teachers are native Spanish speakers and experienced in early childhood education programs. They bring with them unique cultural knowledge and experiences from their country of origin. Ongoing staff development is an integral part of our program. Whenever possible we encourage parental involvement in the program because the best way to encourage your child is to participate in their learning.
